The concert takes place on the Kaiserwiese in front of the main entrance to the Wurstelprater - a two-minute walk from the Praterstern underground and S-Bahn station.
What is the best way to travel?
We recommend travelling by public transport. There is a pay and display car park in Ausstellungsstraße. Otherwise, parking spaces in the surrounding area are rare and the bicycle stands may be very busy.

5,000 visitors are allowed on the grounds. Admission is at 17:00. The first 5,000 people will be admitted to the concert area. The concert starts at 19:30.
Who can I take to the Prater Picnic?
The Prater Picnic is suitable for all age groups. Due to the limited space available, we recommend that families with small children choose baby carriers or other transport options instead of pushchairs. Dogs must stay at home.
What can I bring to the Prater Picnic?
All visitors are invited to bring their own picnic blankets and filled picnic baskets. Picnic blankets and drinks can also be purchased on site. (Camping) chairs and other furniture as well as umbrellas are not permitted.

The concert will also take place in unfavourable weather conditions. If the weather forecast is favourable, please take rain protection with you to be on the safe side. We recommend rain ponchos. Umbrellas are not permitted.
What infrastructure is available on site?
As with any large public event, there are toilet containers. You can purchase picnic blankets, T-shirts, caps and much more at the Vienna Symphony stand. You can also take advantage of the Prater's catering facilities!

You can pay in cash or by debit or credit card.
Is there a platform for visitors with disabilities?
Yes, the platform is located near the Red Cross tent.
