The Wiener Symphoniker in Trieste
In spring 2025, the Wiener Symphoniker set up their new spring residence in Trieste for the first time. For their Primavera da Vienna festival, they played three concerts at the Politeama Rossetti under the baton of Petr Popelka and invited to an Aperitivo Musicale in Trieste city centre. ORF 2 accompanied the musicians through the Italian port city, which has close historical ties to Vienna.
