10 pubs - 10 ensembles: that's the recipe for success of the Wiener Symphonikers' pub concerts. The venue for the first edition last year was Schleifmühlgasse, this year we'll be setting up shop in the Servitenviertel.

Things get underway on 30 April from 6.30 pm: with free admission, the Wiener Symphoniker invite you to a musical pub crawl through bars, restaurants and shops. The musicians will be performing in a wide variety of formations and genres: from classical to jazz, world and hip hop to Schrammeln.

Director Jan Nast, who initiated the Beisl concerts in 2023, wants to bring the orchestra even closer to its audience with this format: "Making music accessible to everyone was the founding idea of the Wiener Symphoniker back in 1900. Every year, the way to the pubs should enable the Viennese to get to know our musicians or meet them again in a relaxed atmosphere."
