Katharina Mätzler, Chiara Zoccola, Helena Pirker and Emil Stepanek will be awarded the young talent prize "WSY Talent 2023"! The young musicians will perform together with the Wiener Symphoniker under the musical direction of Emmanuel Tjeknavorian at the ORF RadioKulturhaus on 15 October 2023. Tickets are already available.

Since the 2020-21 season, the Wiener Symphoniker have awarded the WSY Talent Prize to young talents in cooperation with the youth music competition "prima la musica". This year, Katharina Mätzler on bassoon, Chiara Zoccola on flute, Helena Pirker on horn and Emil Stepanek on clarinet prevailed. We congratulate them and look forward to making music together!

Together with the Wiener Symphoniker and conductor Emmanuel Tjeknavorian, the prize winners will work on a solo piece with orchestral accompaniment and perform it at the concert on 15 October 2023 at the ORF RadioKulturhaus. For an orchestral piece, the young musicians will also play in the orchestra.
