The TV Easter Concert of the Wiener Symphoniker

Horizontal Tabs

Info
“Frühling in Wien” (Springtime in Vienna), the Wiener Symphoniker’s traditional televised Easter concert, has been a highlight of the Viennese musical calendar for more than four decades: with famous conductors and soloists and a colourful bouquet of spirited melodies, the Wiener Symphoniker drive out the winter chill and ring in the new season in a concert hall bedecked with flowers. This year, under the baton of their Principal Guest Conductor Lahav Shani and with their former Artist in Residence Renaud Capuçon as soloist, the Wiener Symphoniker present a France-inspired programme.
