Billy, Sorokow, Rett / Springtime in Vienna

The Wiener Symphoniker's Easter Concert on TV

Horizontal Tabs

Info
Change in cast: We thank Bertrand de Billy, that he has agreed to provide short term to take on the concert with partially changed programme in place of the originally announced and unfortunately diseased Georges Prêtre. Bertrand de Billy welcomes spring in Vienna by making music with the Wiener Symphoniker. French sentimentality meets Viennese charm at the loveliest time of the year. Or as Karl Farkas, a legendary Austrian cabaret artist, might have said, “It’s an absolute must hear!” The entire concert will be broadcast on ORF, 3sat and via webcast at medici.tv.
