The youth competition enters its 4th round

The Wiener Symphoniker are once again on the lookout for young talent. For the fourth time, they are awarding the "WSY Talent" young talent prize in cooperation with the prima la musica youth music competition.

The competition is aimed at exceptional musical talents aged between 14 and 19 on the violin, viola, cello, double bass and harp. The selection process takes into account the results of the prima la musica state competitions and the 2024 national competition as well as an application video.

The winners will perform a solo piece with orchestral accompaniment at the grand prizewinners' concert on 20 October 2024 with the Wiener Symphoniker under the direction of Christoph Koncz at the Musikverein Wien.
