At the family concerts in the Wiener Konzerthaus, famous works of classical music are presented in a way that is suitable for young people. Of course, there is also plenty of fun for adults.

Im Klang

at Wiener Konzerthaus

For the concerts in the "Im Klang" series, the Wiener Symphoniker leave their place on the podium and form up in the empty parterre of the main concert hall. The audience is invited to mingle with the musicians in order to sit in the middle of the orchestra, "im Klang".

Wunderwelt Orchestra

at Musikverein Wien

At the concerts in the Golden Hall of the Musikverein, the Wiener Symphoniker present great works from the classical repertoire in cooperation with the Gesellschaft der Musikfreunde. Film music also finds its way into the programme time and again.

Family Opera

at MusikTheater an der Wien

Every year during Advent, the MusikTheater an der Wien and the Wiener Symphoniker put on an opera production for the whole family.

Vorhören!

With the Vorhören! subscription, children and young people can look forward to a creative exploration of the compositions on the programme in the second part of each of the four concerts during the first part.

Music-Workshops at Wien Museum

AsOrchester der Stadt, together with the Museum der Stadt we combine sounds with art and invite you to musical tours of the Wien Museum! What does the city of music sound like? Where is it loud, where is it quiet? Which colours do you find in the museum and which in the city? We experiment with music and painting.
