What's special: Musicians among the runners will have the unique opportunity to perform together with the renowned orchestra on stage in the Golden Hall of the Musikverein Wien. Under the title Cinema:Sound, the Wiener Symphoniker continue their long-standing film music tradition by bringing a film music legend to Vienna each year to lead the orchestra through their unique soundscapes. On January 29, 2026, Scottish composer Patrick Doyle will take the podium to conduct the Wiener Symphoniker with his magnificent film scores.
