Under the golden ceiling of the Great Hall of the Wiener Konzerthaus, the sound culture of the Wiener Symphoniker meets the colourful and dazzling world of K-pop. The musical journey to South Korea Wiener Symphoniker x K-Pop offers orchestral versions of the genre's most famous songs, which will be heard for the first time in Vienna in collaboration with SM Entertainment. Also appearing: K-pop idol RYEOWOOK from the boy band Super Junior.

Under the baton of conductor Yuwon Kim, the Wiener Symphoniker will bring new colours to the Konzerthaus. The specially designed orchestral arrangements draw on masterpieces and compositional techniques from classical music and combine them with the iconic K-pop sound. The focus will be on Red Velvet's Red Flavor and Feel My Rhythm, as well as Make A Wish (Birthday Song) by NCT U and Golden Age by NCT. Special guest Ryeowook, singer with Super Junior, will give you goosebumps with his unmistakable voice and impressive vocal power. He will perform excerpts from his solo programme, including singles such as The Little Prince and It's okay.
