At the end of school, the Wiener Symphoniker invite you to a summery open-air concert in the Vienna Prater. Pack your picnic basket and enjoy a colourful concert programme on the Kaiserwiese in front of the spectacular backdrop of the Vienna Giant Ferris Wheel to mark the beginning of the holidays. Free admission!
Due to the one-time postponement of the Danube Island Festival, the Wiener Symphoniker will move their Prater Picnic forward by one day. In 2026, the Prater Picnic will take place on Wednesday, 1 July and Thursday, 2 July.
