Ticket orders via online ticket sales are generally possible for up to seven (7) days prior to concert time for domestic delivery, up to ten (10) days prior for foreign delivery, and up to two (2) days prior if picked up at the box office, unless other deadlines are specified for a particular event.
Please note that subsequent cancellations are not possible. It is not possible to return or exchange tickets. There will be no refunds for tickets already purchased.
6. Public transportation Every concert ticket that is marked 'Gilt als Fahrschein in Wien' can also be used as a ticket on public transportation in Vienna. Your concert ticket is valid for travel in the Kernzone (central area, Zone 100) of the VOR (Verkehrsbund Ost-Region) for two hours prior to and up to six hours after concert time, but not for buses on the CityNight-Line.
7. Terms of subscription purchase We will gladly advise you concerning our subscriptions and provide you with a subscription order form that you may fill out and return to us. As soon as we receive your completed subscription order form, your subscription contract takes effect and you accept these Terms & Conditions as an integral part of the contract. Subscription orders will be processed in the order received. You likewise agree to future adjustments in subscription prices. Price adjustments like these are made solely in advance and apply to future seasons.
